Is there any documentation on OAuth 2.0 that is more user friendly/easier to read than : http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6749?

Agree very much, the dance between access and authorization tokens is rather difficult. Maybe this one helps:

Also, since I re-read http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2617.txt and https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5849 - Oauth 2 languages start to become more clear (like lawyer's slang) There is also a book Getting started with Oauth 2.0 by OReilly , see http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920021810.do

Hello!

Also O'Reilly book - Getting Started with OAuth 2.0
(http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920021810.do) is imho very good.

I like reading standards documents, but RFC6749 can certainly be confusing.  (There are 104 instances of the word "if", just to give you can idea of all the conditional statements.)

I've recommended this article before[1].  I think it is still relevant to the current spec.

Cheers,

Take a look at these flow diagrams as well. PDF file:
