Subject: Using APE in Commercial Games
Hi, I am making a browser game and charging players to play my game.
Am I allowed to use APE without releasing my game under the GPL
license?

To clarify: the game will be browser based. Similar to the browser
based MMO demo on APE's website.

Does this count as "distributing" APE? Or am I charging for providing
a service and hence not distributing APE?

# Sorry, I am relatively new to software development. :)
