Helen, I've set you up as a manager for our Google Groups list. You can now send emails to all the list's subscribers. All you have to do is send your email to the following address:
Go ahead and mail your field trip announcments to the list at your earliest convenience. If they reply, it will go to you directly, so it will be the easiest way for people to communicate with you.
