I have given notice that I won't be carrying on as the field trip coordinator next season. Please let myself, Kathleen Carr or Elizabeth Platt (Apalachee Audubon President) know if you would like to take on this position and be in charge of organizing field trips next season (September 2012 to May 2013). I will still be activally involved with AAS (education mostly). I just don't have the time after work to keep on doing this.
I have changed the email provider for Apalachee Audubon Field Trips due to the increasing problems I have had with hotmail.
The new field trip email address is
apalachee...@gmail.com I hope you will agree it's easy to remember. Suzanne can you make an announcement in the next newsletter and Bob can you update our website accordingly? Thanks.
For everyone else I need you to do the following
- send an email to apalachee...@gmail.com so you will be added to the new address for future field trip announcements etc.
The next field trip is not until March 17th and the field trip announcement regarding that won't go out until March 7th so you have until then to email the new address. I will send reminders so that everyone who wants too can get added to the new email address list. Sorry for the inconvenience but hotmail is really not working. It crashes a lot, refuses to attach documents, bounces back continually from certain email providers, such as embarq and earthlink. Gmail will work much better.
