“Nature Photography” with Lou Kellenberger
Lou’s presentation of nature photography in the Big Bend and beyond will include pictures of birds, butterflies, flowers and landscapes. He will offer tips along the way to help you improve your photography skills.
Lou Kellenberger is a conservation, nature and outdoor photographer. Public lands, including state parks, national forests and refuges are some of his favorite places to look for photo opportunities. His goal is to evoke a certain time and place and for the viewer to feel that they are there with him. In recent years, Lou has been photographing the people and places of Florida’s Forgotten Coast in an effort to preserve the history of Old Florida and to create an awareness of visiting and living in this special place. See www.loukellenbergerphotography.zenfolio.com. Lou’s work has appeared in annual reports, brochures, calendars, magazines, newsletters, newspapers and websites.
Lou serves on the Boards of Directors of the Friends of Maclay Gardens, the Friends of Wakulla Springs State Park and the St. Marks Refuge Association, where he is a lifetime member. He is also a member of the Florida Lighthouse Association. Lou is a member of the Photographic Society of America, Canon Professional Services and is a lifetime member of the Florida Wildlife Federation.
