Position: SAP BI/BW Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6+ Months

Exp: 8 to 15 yrs





Job Description:



Minimum 8 years experience with SAP BI. Hands on and complete
implementation of modules of SAP BW: PP/PI, QM, SD, IM, FI, etc.
Should have played the role of a configurator, programmer and
administrator.

Understanding of BI Administrator Workbench, SAP BEx Analyzer/
Designer, BI/BW Business Content, and SAP BW Web Application Designer.
configuration of info providers, time-dependent and time-independent
master data/hierarchies, SAP/BI data modeling, data staging and data
extraction expertise, and implementation of enhancements/user exits in
R/3 and BI is a requirement.

Excellent knowledge and experience in back-end SAP BI/BW components
including InfoCubes, InfoSources, InfoObjects, InfoSpokes, ODS
Objects, DSOs, update and transfer rules, transformations, and DTPs.

Experience with hands on BW development (rather than support) will be
preferred.

Experience with ABAP BI Routines required.

Experience with Business Object (Universe design, Dash boarding) is a
plus.

Monitor to monitor data loading into the InfoCube.

Work with R/3 extractors and flat file loading for transactional and
master data.

Adept in creating custom DataSources to extract data from OLTP systems
to BI/BW through a persistent staging area (PSA).

In depth experience on report development on manufacturing modules and
APO is a plus.

Gathered requirements from business users, and converted them into
technical specifications.

Involved in full life cycle implementation projects with a focus on
design, development, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support
activities.





Position: SAP CRM / CIC Consultant

Location: St Louis MO

Duration: 6 Months

Exp: 6 – 15yrs





Skills Required:



- This is for CRM - CIC & Service Functional Resource with a very good
comfort around technical understanding in WebUI / BSP space.

- Candidate must have minimum of 5 years experience in SAP CRM design
and configuration.

- Must have hands on experience with CRM CIC & Service with extensive
experience in analyzing modifications around WebUI and writing
detailed technical specs for ABAP/BSP team.

- Additional experience with implementing CRM Marketing, ISA, CRM
Analytics and other modules in CRM2007 6.0/7.0 will be a plus.

- Must have experience integrating with ECC Sales/Middleware/ CRM.

- Understanding of SAP OTC life cycle is needed.

- This is a functional role, and code writing is not required.
However, Individual must have a good understanding of technical
components (ABAP/BSP, Java) to write detailed techo-functional
requests for development team.

- Self motivated and team player.

- Communication: Creates an environment that fosters open, frank
communication. Clearly expresses oneself verbally and in writing.
Listens carefully and solicits other opinions.

Responsibilities:



- The successful Business Analyst in the area of SAP Production
Process/ Operations candidate will work within the high performance
Manufacturing IT Team.

- Exceptional teamwork is critical to the success of the individual
and the achievement of business results.



Responsibilities will include:

• Configuration of all of SAP PP-PI, MM functionality.

• Production support of current sites using SAP PP-PI. This includes
seed production facilities and plant manufacturing centers. Support of
these processes includes developing and maintaining interfaces to
other supporting systems, and touch points with some Contracting
(Outline Agreements) processes.

• Development of Functional Design Specifications and other detailed
enhancement documentation to support custom program and BI reports
development.

• Cross-functional work with FI, MM, QM, Operations, and other teams
as necessary to resolve technical and process issues

• Understanding and supporting integration issues that affect the PP/
Operations Process.
