We have an opening for a dynamic person to move up to an Engineering Manager.
They would be over five engineers for a division of a major corp. A background in
Automotive gears or transmissions is a major plus, any additional background in
Marine transmissions would be a plus.
This position requires a strong focused personality, matched with communication and

This company is the premier player in their space. A
manufacturer just outside Greenville, SC in a
gorgeous location suited for those interested in
enjoying the outdoors while contributing to the
revitalization of this organization.
They are putting together a completely new team
beginning with their new GM last fall, a new HR Mgr
who joined this spring and are now adding a
Materials Manager, Quality Manager and
Engineering Manager.
You will be responsible for managing a group of 5
direct reports including a Senior Product Engineer
and 2 Design Engineers. We are looking for a
“dynamic” leader who can be an inspiration for
change within the department.
The facility is home to 105 production employees
and a staff of 25.
