Job Description:
Our client is a leading electronic entertainment company with exciting
products and a very generous benefits package. The position is
located in Redwood City, CA. Job Description: Management position
leading creation and implementation of art for assigned projects.
Responsible for directing artwork in support of product development
through a staff of artists. Sets art direction, assigns work to,
manages and oversees work of, 10-20 artists working on multiple SKUs
for one original title and oversees the implementation of that art
direction in product art, animation, and interface configuration.
Manages development of computer art produced both internally and by
independent developers. Reviews and approves artists? work. Mentors
artists in their craft. Develops and ensures quality assurance
protocols for artwork. Professional Requirements: Position is
recognized as having a very high level of artistic achievement and is
considered to be a very senior Lead Artist. Educational
Requirements: 10-12 years of successful industry experience. Sony PS2
development experience a major advantage. Currently our client
