Parser does not stop at breakpoint

hi,

Sorry if this is similar to other issues posted. I don't have any
problems editing or building grammars, but when I run the debugger the
breakpoints in the grammar seem to do nothing. I'm not generating an
AST, only executing actions within the parser itself, but I'd like to
be able to see the input text for a rule and to step through rules.
