OA Library update

Hi all

Just to let you know that information about new additions to the OA
Library are now available via the @oatwitter Twitter feed. More
old-fashioned types can also get RSS feeds. Even more old-fashioned
types can keep visiting the "items added in the last 7 days" page
using Internet Explorer 6...

BTW, we're taking nominations for reports that need scanning before
they are added i.e. stuff before the digital world had permeated OA
(looks like most stuff before 1998 or so...). So if you know a
particular site or sites you would like to see the report on line for,
let me know.
