Title Page Errors

Everything has worked great for me in Anthologize: from my blog I have created 15 parts containing over 350 items on 176 pages. I am ecstatic about moving on to create my eBook.

However, my Title page looks like this:

John, John
<span>Copyright</span> -- 2013

How can I can it to my full name and how can I get rid of the <span> brackets?
