Export to ePub issues

Hi,

Trying this great plugin. It sure has a lot of possibilities. However, when exporting to ePub I run into some issues:

- Can't set it to Copyright. It automatically switches back to Creative Commons

- Every Title is extended with the text 'by'. I did remove the author name on every article, but 'by' still is there. Hoe come?

- Every left page has 'Anthologize' as header. Can I change this?
