Some feature suggestions

Here are a few things that I'd like to see in Anthologize (I'm sure
some of these are already on the roadmap):

* mobi/prc format for Kindle compatibility
* DAISY format for accessibility
* auto link from ToC to section in PDFs
* publish collections using Wordpress Page/Category structure
* import pages directly (ideally with a bookmarklet) - not everything
is available via RSS feed
* allow editing of (commentary on) pages in collection

I'll leave the other suggestions to the other devs, but as someone
working on the export side, I'll say that these three sound great!
