If I try to add an empty directory to the .deb it doesn't appear when I try
to install the .deb.

Example build.xml snippet:
<tarfileset dir="emptydir" prefix="var/log"/>

If I add an empty file to the emptydir it works fine.
I think this is a limitation of tar, but perhaps there's a workaround.
