assalaam;
my appreciation for the pieces of advice on health. just want to respond to 3 of them with my little knowledge in the sciences, and i stand to be corrected:
(Don't eat heavy meals after 5pm.> Drink more water in the morning, less at night):
it is not very appropriate to say so, rather it would be better to advise that the last meal of the day be taken within 3hours of activity before bedtime. there are people whose work schedules go way into the night, and advising such an individual not to eat heavy after 5pm (or to drink less water at night) could rather be detrimental to the person's health. the long and short of it is that issues with DIET are very much INDIVIDUAL- and SITUATION-specific and we should be weary in giving out
certain messages to the public.
i have reservations about the restriction in taking medicine with cold water, but i will reserve them because i do not think i have enough expertise to talk on that.
in conclusion, i advise that we verify information that we cannot vouch for before circulating them.
