ANOTHER PARADE OPPORTUNITY
For those of you who were out of town or had company last weekend
which caused you to miss the Chuy's Parade, there's another
opportunity in Killeen on December 12th. AGA has a beautiful float of
white greys pulling a red sleigh and a sign along the bottom that
says, "The reindeer just weren't fast enough." It's so much fun to
walk beside the float with a greyhound. Folks applaude for us, holler
out "I've got a greyhound", and reach out to pet one when there's a
pause in the parade. There's also plenty of room on the float for
those humans and/or greys that would prefer to ride! (Watch the AGA
website for photos of the parade.)

HERE'S THE INFO:

Don't miss the fun.

MEET & GREET THIS WEEKEND
All the bad weather should be gone tomorrow afternoon when the "way
north" group holds their monthly M&G at the Petco in Harker Heights
from 1-3 PM. The two hours fly by because so many folks stop and want
to know all about these beutiful creatures, and the greys have to
ENDURE alot of petting and attention (poor babies!). It's the first
weekend of December, so lots of folks are expected. The HH bunch are
doing a fantastic job, and they need our support. It's a short drive
and lots of fun. If you have any questions you can contact Julie at
the info above.

NEW ADOPTION
"Secret Place" (now known at "Christmas") was scooped up last night by
Joan & David Lawrence of Georgetown. It was a match made in greyhound
heaven, and now AGA has room to get one more doggie off the farm.

Don't forget about our sweet "Time For Me". She's done her time and
needs a loving home. She is cat and small dog friengly and very
sweet. Pictures of the senior broods available for adoption are on
the AGA website, but only Time For Me has been sprung from the farm
and is in foster care.

PUT THAT MINK COAT ON THAT BABY AND TAKE IT FOR A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
and HUG THEM HOUNDS!
