Did anyone ever open a ticket for this? I looked through the tickets and
did not see it precisely. Specifically, the uniform need for 4 buttons on
all cards, including both News and Review Aheads.

My inquiry is of a similar nature to the topic title so I wont start a new
topic. Also apologies if I'm not using the right terminology (fact/note
etc) but I'll try and keep it simple:
I have a deck where I want some cards to be displayed one way and others
both ways (forward and reverse).
So for the ones I want one way I've been choosing: Basic

You can change the cloze colour by customizing the styling in Edit>Cards.

Anki uses WebKit, but as it comes with the toolkit Anki uses the
version lags behind.

I don't know about the Anki for Windows because I have not used it.
I guess that Anki Mobile uses the WebKit rendering engine but Anki Desktop
doesn't. In addition, neither "-webkit-writing-mode" nor "writing-mode"
seems not to supported on Anki for Mac, so I think it uses Gecko (rendering
engine) or something.

Can AwesomeTTS run on a portable (USB) installation of Anki? I've tried
running it but it doesn't work. I get this error message:
