A couple good hot springs episodes we have are Fruits Basket ep12 & Maison Ikkoku ep62 (a nice romantic one).
For a change of pace, we could also bring Hell Girl ep19 ;-). For a bigger change of pace, how 'bout Thermae Romae ep 2 :P? At least it's only a half-length episode.
We don't have Full Metal Panic!? Fumoffu, but someone who does should probably bring that hot spring episode.

Now I remember! Ouran episode 8 is a beach episode, not hot springs, but maybe close enough. I don't have it, but it is up on YouTube (subbed, no less!).
