I guess you ask the question because of a job offer on this mailing list that was asking for an "senior"  AngularJS developper , which is a little bit stupid i think , since the framework is quite new ( no matter how old  it is , my point is  new from an "wide adoption" perspective ). It's like some ads in my country back in the days asking for senior .Net developpers when .Net was roughly one year old. the person that wrote the offer doesnt know much about the subject anyway.

By the way , it would be better to have a dedicated forum for jobs and stuffs like that , because it really feels like spamming ,all these job posts , it is poluting that mailing list.

To be frank, I dont think the job advertisement was stupid. If it asked for a person who had 3-4 years of experience in AngularJS then THAT would be stupid. What it asked for was a "senior" Angularjs developer - Senior is a relative word. 

 @Sergio : Dont take that remark personally. It was probably not meant as a slight towards you. Just the authors way of expressing it. 

Having said that I do agree with him. In any field, if you ask yourself, you will know, if you are senior or not.

My personal advice is to never consider yourself a senior at anything, but if you were to call yourself "senior", it would mean you have the confidence to train others in best practices.  Know proper usage, common syntax; understand how to verbalize the roles of Angular's major actors.  Have a couple Angular apps under your belt to demonstrate you aren't all talk.
