Hello,
I heard that MaxQuant (but I guess that Andromeda could be the right
software involved; that's why I'm posting here) is able to perform
unbiased PTM searches giving as output a delta mass shift instead of
the PTM name (maybe similarly to the output of Popitam).
Is this true?
If true:
Can anyone detail on how to do this?
Will details about this topic appear in the upcoming Andromeda paper?
Will this possibility be available upon the Andromeda paper release or
is it already available somehow?
