Andromeda Web Server - broken?

Hi,
When I try to use the Andromeda web server it is not working -
clicking the CONFIG button takes me to a "The page cannot be found"
page (address: http://141.61.102.16:12296/ms2web/GenericErrorPage.htm?aspxerrorpath=/ms2web/Projects/Andromeda/Config.aspx)
Is the server no longer functional?
