analytics for mobile

I have a need to capture analytics for an Android and iPhone app. They
do the same thing, and we just want to capture stats on usage
patterns, etc. What are people using in cross-platform cases? Flurry?
other ideas?

Also, has anyone implemented timing in analytics ("Time spent on
task") and is that relatively difficult? given that the phone can be
put-down or the app can be put in the background by a phone call...

I use flurry for my apps. I dont time activities. But it can easily be done by creating variables and passing to flurry.
