Could someone explain/guide me through how to setup and use ts_calibrate?

Hi, Ive just bought a eGalax touchscreen for my Asus EEE 900. After
fixing up the idc files so the screen wouldn't act like a touchpad
anymore, it worked fine. Except that the calibration was way off. Ive
now used several hours trying to finding out how to calibrate this,
and found out about the tslib, and its ts_calibration tool, great I
thought, except it didn't work. I've now fiddeled alot with it, and
got it to run in a millisecound (Just seeing the text, before it
dissapears again), and I'm stuck with it getting a Signal 11 and
terminating(Segfaulting?).

Could anyone give me a step-by-step guide of how to get this tool to
work?
