You can load grub using windows boot manager using wingrub.

 Try using Grub 2. Not the Grub legacy. Mine has ubuntu 12.04, then Windows 8, then android.

It should be possible to use something like Wubi (ubuntu). This allows you to install ubuntu at least into a HDD image file that is stored on your Windows filesystem. And then accessed via the windows boot loader

Looks like it may take some doing, but if nothing else it'd be a cool idea (IMO) to have a WubiAndroid.
