Native Sip Account Support for Android-x86 4.0-RC1

I tried that release and when I go to the native sip account support,
there was no way I can enter my sip account.
Is there a way to enter a SIP account? I do not want to use a third
party app.
If that cannot be done, hopefully there can be fix with the next
release.
