Hi all,

For those willing to create a build for the above stated laptops, here
is the link for the definition files.
This should also work with Gateway clone with little changes in the
aspire1000s_info file and the acerhdf.c file.

For other Acer laptops/desktops series, just create a sub folder in
the acer folder, duplicate the aspire1000s and modify the def files to
match your machine.

You may encounter issue with the latest froyo tree, named FRG83G, so
you'll have to downgrade mesa to the previous version, and may be drm
as well (not quite sure though)...

Feel free to do whatever you want with it.
