Intel Oaktrail is using power vr graphics. Currently no support for that as Intel does not provides sources for that graphics device for Android.

Go to Intel's forum and ask them to support your tablet.
Let Intel know you WANT to run android on your oaktrail tablet.

Fortunately, Screen resolution support is well, on Android-x86 4.2 20121225.
