Whatever was causing issues on my Dell Inspiron Duo has been fixed in
RC1 TegaV2 release. Pretty much everything works (even camera and BT,
suspend/resume). Physical keyboard still non functional however the
touch one is perfectly fine. Keep up the good work!

for keyboard fix
if a usb keyboard wired or wireless and
if you installed with write permissions ext3 formatted partition,
start terminal
su
cd system/usr/udedv/keylayout
rename or remove file AT_Translate....
or find a complete keybord translate file the one in thier only has a
few keys defined like "esc" "enter" etc..
