Dear, god, no.  If you want to install the 32bit libraries, you'd install
that package - ia32.  If you want to see the qt class docs, you can install
those, as well from the package manager.  All the Qt classes should be
pretty much identical from Qt-desktop and Qt-Necessitas.  They are also
available online http://doc.qt.digia.com/stable/classes.html .  I'm not
sure what's up with the necessitas installer, but it should be getting you
those exact same docs.
