Help needed to test new Ministro

Hello,

I just upload a new Ministro version to KDE, this version tries to
fix a few issues discovered in previous stable version (7.0).
Before I push it to Android Play I'd like to ask your help to test it
a little bit.
How to test:
- download it from
http://files.kde.org/necessitas/installer/release/Ministro%2520II.apk
- install it on your device ($ adb install -r Ministro\ II.apk).
- test it, an if you find any bugs please report them to this mailing
list or open a bug to KDE

Changelog:
- make sure that all needed libs are downloaded.
(9afa21ccd6379b45f34e2df62d73fa0747c5e04f). On some very strange
situations Ministro could not download all libs, and your application
crashed.
- don't cancel the download if the users touches outside the dialog
bounds (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308120).
- fix ICS+ SSL root cretificates
extraction(d111f59287c28afc3444ea5013d69c371c3c0e50)
- fix all crash reports (682b33144f3bf2dba98fa5e26be7231d39c4eebb). A
few users reported a very strange crashes, this commit tries to fix
most of them.
- check the free space before start downloading the libs
(f71e67d47f681b55a8b68d051e607e8478958638). Minitro didn't check if it
has enough disk space before it starts to download the libs, it
relayed only on Android's "low disk space" notification. I check it
myself but ...

I just today install Necessitas SDK on two machines and try to deploy fisrt text application into Android Emulator with Install Ministro option in QtCreator from local saved apk file.
While application start after splash screen I got message "Ministro is not compatible with you application. Please upgrade Ministro service.". After OK I got for short time massgae "Can`t find Ministro Service. The applicationscan`t start". I am sure that in emulator I have Internet connection working.
Is this only working with real devices, not with emulator?

Sorry, I have download Ministry II 6.0... now I test your test version from link above and it seems working much better. For now I have "Extracting the device look&feel information. Please wait" and I am waiting...

And at the end I got "Invalid Qt version", but I dont know if it is from Ministro or from my aplication (Qt 4.8.2 for Android armv5).

Can you please share with us(or just me) your emulator image or at
least your .apk application ?
I really need a way to reproduce this issue.

Hi,

recently I compiled "dock widgets" example and when using this new
ministro on my Samsung Galaxy S III (JB 4.1.1) it tries to download
around 100mb and shows a message of "not enought space" . Using
current market ministro it works ok. Attached the source of the
project. If you need more help please let me know

Hi,

New version has been uploaded to kde
http://files.kde.org/necessitas/installer/release/Ministro%20II%20v8.9.2.apk
It contain the "not enought space" fix.

Thank you, works for me. Do you have a list somewhere, where I can see things that are currently not working? Or something like a MeeGo to Android tutorial.

I already install an try running QBall from google play and no problem found.

Maybe need more check using compleks apps.

Hello, BogDan.
Thank you for your great work. I tired new Ministro.
I got ""Qt.labs.shaders" is not installed" message 
when I execute application which uses ShaderEffect.
If I use local Qt libraries, there is no error message.
I think there should be shaders folder in the following path.
/data/data/org.kde.necessitas.ministro/files/qt/imports/Qt/labs

Hi,

Please share with us an example that it works with Ministro 7 but it doesn't work with Ministro 8.

The error was occurred also in Ministro 7. So, the attached example doesn't work both with Ministro 7 and 8.
