[ANN] New technical documentation about the input system.

Hi,
We have just published some new technical documentation about how the
input system works. In particular, the documentation describes what
Android expects from touch screen device drivers and what is different
in Ice Cream Sandwich. There is also a large section about keyboards,
key maps, and HID. More content about mice, joysticks, trackballs and
other things will be on the way soon.
