You can try to add 

persist.sys.strictmode.visual=0

persist.sys.strictmode.disable=1

in your build.prop or you can put in the system.prop under device board directory

Built for the grouper off of the JB-dev branch and my build displays red rectangles around the perimeter of the nexus when it draws certain animations (like when i power the screen on, the black permiter flashes red for a moment) I would take  a screenshot but it happens so instantaneously its hard to stop. It seems like a debugging/'developer' option got baked into the build. Is there a place where this setting is turned on or off? Any information would be greatly appreciated...
