I was wondering the same thing.
I think that an open planning system is the main thing lacking
infrastructure wise in the project at the moment. Wouldn't it be great
to have something like launchpad (especially blueprints) to see where
everything/everyone is headed. Or maybe a wiki would be a good start?
Also, I don't think there's any info on the site on how releases
(major versions), testing periods etc will be handled.
I think all this will be even more important once people start to plan
products based on Android.
