How to add new L0cale

to android-platform

HI all,
i am trying to add new locale (for malaysia language) in honey comb
which is not there in android loacle list.
the loacle for malay is (ms_MY) i have added in PRODUCT_LOCALES but im
not getting this langugae in tablet list can any one suggest how to
add new locales.....

Does it work when you manually add it through CustomLocale.apk?

Hi Shachar,

its working fine with customlocale.apk but i want set language at build time.....i want to know where the comparision is happening i.e customloacle and default locale....
