Subject: NDK and bluetooth
Hi there,
I am quite new to this whole Android stuff, but am passively following
it for a while now. I have an idea of implementing some of the missing
bluetooth profiles for Android (e.g. the Sim Access Profile). I was
wondering now, if this would work through the NDK or if i'd still have
to do it in the Android sources. In other words, does the NDK allow
low-level access to the bluetooth hardware or are there any other
restrictions?
Any help appriciated.

The NDK is only targetted at application developers, and won't give you
access
to hardware-specific system components. You will need to work within the
full
Android build system to do what you describe.
