The option WHOLE_STATIC_LIBRARIES is not functional.
The reason for this could be that in $NDK_ROOT/toolchains/arm-linux-
androideabi-4.4.3/setup.mk there is an undefined macro 'whole-archive-
list-flags' where it should be 'link-whole-archive-flags'.
