Android power management driver is not in kernel 2.6.27

Hi. all:

Who knows why the android power management driver is not included in
the 2.6.27 kernel but it's in 2.6.25?
It was the driver/android/power.c in 2.6.25 but I could not find it in
kernel2.6.27.
