Android kernel don't boot on HTC magic 32A board

Hi,

I want to made a custom kernel for my HTC magic.

However, there is a strange things:

Custom kernels that boots on HTC magic with a 32B roms don't boot on
the 32A.

I tried with some already customized kernel which works on 32B but
their doesn't boot on the 32A.

I tried to compile a kernel myself and it give me the same result.

The phone just hangs when booting.

It's not a ramdisk or android build problem, since I'm able to boot
with the default HTC kernel.

Anyone has an idea of what is going on?

My phone:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A ENG S-OFF H
HBOOT-1.33.2005 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-12

Hardware difference:
PVT 32A : 288MB RAM / Qualcomm MSM7200a
PVT 32B : 192MB RAM / Qualcomm MSM7201a
