Power management settings?

Hi,
has somebody figured out where to find the times settings for power
management? My Android suspends after about 20-30 seconds without new
input. Unfortunately, I did not find a key to wake it again, so my
only option is a reboot...
Even a change to screen lock instead of power off would be nice :)

Hi,
I finally found something to change the shutdown time, it is an SQL
database entry.
The relavant database is /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/
databases/settings.db
and the entry to update is screen_off_timeout
Maybe it helps somebody :)
