Customize glibc library to suit for Android

Hi all,
Anybody has some idea of the $subject ? I tried to build glibc using
the cross compiled compiler (arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc), and I tried to
use the edited linker script to avoid claiming prelink errors. But it
doesn't build due to the larger size of the library. Anybody has some
idea to build a suitable glibc library which is compatible with Android ?
