このエラーがｓSETUP.EXEを動作させるとでてしまいます。どうすればよいか教えてください。

「Settings」のMiscで「Force https://...」にチェックをするとよいかもしれません。

重村です。
お世話になります。

下記件ですが、SDK Setup.exeを実行時、環境によってはSSLやプロクシ関係でエラーが発生することが有ります。
SDK Setup.exeを実行し、左の「Setting」タブ内にある「Force https://... sources to be fetched
using http://...」にチェックし、
再度インストールを実行してみて下さい。

みなさんの言っていることと、本質的には変わらないと思いますが。
httpsではなく、httpでやってもできたはずです。
