Does each time you install the apps, you was with your locales in UK?

I wonder if you could manually add the libs because there maybe some
dependencies.
Maybe the libs is installed but not activated.

I really don't know how I've activated this option but I suppose it
should be easy to install/activate because it appears without special
reason
