Looks very cool.   Would love to hear from anyone who has one for a review.

Also, the comparison to the G1 as far as price point seems unfair, since I
would still have to pay for the telephone service.   Its true that I might
not be tied into a contract, which is always a plus, but would still have to
pay the montly fee.

When it comes to their price comparison I would say you still have to
factor in the cost of the contract, I still need to be connected and
paying a monthly contract.

When you add in the extras to make it the same spec as the G1, and
based on the T-Mobile contract I bought in the UK which added an 8Gb
card for free the price comes in at $254 (8Gb card, GPS, Wifi and a
full qwerty keyboard).

Also from reading the About Us page it seems that the phone does not
support 3G but Edge only.

Considering I pay £30/month for the contract which includes unlimited
internet, plus in the UK the phone is free on the contract it doesn't
seem such a good deal.

I'm not trying to belittle the zzzPhone or those like it, but you have
to read the small print and compare like for like.

Mike

What a sick person did that animation on zzzphone.com? This is so
amateur, that I can't imagine in what circumstances I could pay for
their phone.

Please find attached merchant account  chargeback letters stating the
money has been refunded and not to credit any  further. In addition,
please see letters from the merchant processors stating  the accounts
have been closed due to the fact that Larry has not supplied the
phones to the buyers including yourself.

I am sorry that I tried to  help Larry, Unfortunately he is the one
who has control of the phones, the  charges which were done. I will
help you any way I can.

___________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________

I  do not own ZZZ Phone. I do not have any interest in the company.  I
do  not won any stock or have any position in the company.

All I did was  to help Larry out by signing for a merchant account so
he could process credit  card transactions.

Larry did not comply with the terms of the credit  card processors, he
failed to supply the information requested. He failed to  show the
proof the items ordered were shipped. He failed to refund yours and
other customers monies when requested.

The credit card accounts were  closed by the merchant processors, the
funds for the money charged have not  been released to me or ZZZ
Phone.  They are being held by the merchant  processors. The monies
according to the merchant processors, letters attached  are being
refunded to all of the customers.

Unfortunately, Larry did  not keep his word. He has not been able to
produce and ship one unit to date  to a paying customer. He has not
reimbursed me for the credit card machine,  the monthly service
charges of the accounts and the fees assessed for non  compliance with
the merchant processors.

Larry has the credit card  transactions, the receipts, the invoice
containing the information on what was  charged and who is owed.

I have recently found out that Larry defrauded  Paypal  previously and
they also closed his credit card account and  barred him from
processing Visa and Master Card.

I will do all I can to  help you get your money back from the merchant
processor, file charges against  Larry to make certain that he can not
continue to defraud customers.

Please send me any the transaction details including the amount
charged, the date charged, the transaction number and the last four
digits of  the credit card that was charged.

Sincerely,
