Is there any way to retrieve manifest.xml of APKs from "Google Play" before
installing the application? (in the same way that "google play application"
retrieves uses-permissions list?)
or
Is it possible to download apks from  "Google Play" without using its
official application?

And 2 more questions:
Does Google Play first download the apk somewhere and then install it?
If yes, where does it save the apk and do we need root permission to access
to it for getting its manifest?
