Hi All,
 I am a experienced developer and want to contribute to android by bug fix
can any one help me to know how to get assigned by a bug so that i can fix
it. Androids web doesn't give enough information on this.

Hi All,

I found one bug in Jelly bean source code and want to contribute in terms
of fixing the bug. I already know the solution.
Kindly let me know how to do it? should I raise a bug and contribute
directly?
Also wanted to check once I fix this bug what is the verification process
and who does it?

You should make a patch.

If you need to justify, inform about or explain your patch you could file a
bug, but it's not required.

It will get reviewed by other contributors and by Google staff. If it looks
good to them, the patch will get integrated into the source.
