Location Based Ringtones?

Has someone put a location based ringtone utitlity up somewhere yet?

A silent ring setting that occurs with no 'event by event' attention
from the user could be freeing. It could also help avoid public
attention contention for busy or forgetful people. Assignable
locations where a hearable ring tone could annoy include: Concert
halls, Recital halls, Churches, Team meetings, Fishing locations
(entire lakes), etc. As long as the silent ring area is overestimated,
precision is not super important.

Anyone submit this for the challenge?

It is a gps conditional in the ringtone path with either point, radius
or map definition of the silent tone gps set.

Useful code that can be written before results are posted.
