How to confirm whether my app is registered

Dear Support,
I have registered my app name with AC2DM , I have even received
mail as a confirmation. But there is no portal where
I can confirm whether my app has been successfully
registered with for AC2DM service.

That is correct. Sorry. Your proof of registration is the app
working.
