Always get registration_id = NULL and AUTHENTICATION_FAILED error

Hello!
I'm trying to get the registration_id and I always get the same error (AUTHENTICATION_FAILED).
I already received the mail confirmation that I've been whitelisted but I cant get this to work.
Any help?
