C2DM We need to request for quota increase

We use C2DM to send out our messages for our clients...
It's working for a while at least several months.
but recently we got many Error=QuotaExceeded back.
And now.. no any messages can send out..
 
So please increase our quota.  and how could we do ?

The first thing we need to do is to port our application so as to use GCM , since that is what google says .. then we should worry about qouta ..
