Availability of IMM76I components.

I've released the following parts for IMM76I:

-The yakju factory image is at the usual location
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images (same content as
before, new URI).

-The tuna kernel is commit da6252b in kernel/omap

I'll tag the platform code as soon as I can. There aren't any relevant
platform changes in IMM76I since IMM76D, the meat of the release is
the new tuna kernel.

There's no need for new proprietary binaries for any device, those are
all unchanged since IMM76D.

The IMM76I source code is now available as android-4.0.4_r1.2

Since this time the changelog is tiny, I can paste it here:

This specific build is for HSPA Galaxy Nexus only. The CDMA/LTE
changes in there are unrelated, and may or may not end up in a future
release for toro (I don't follow the details).
